Today I decided I would venture into seventh seal in Dorchester. As soon as I walked in I was hit with WOW!!
Seventh seal has decided to break the traditional cliches that you would expect to see in a shop, Barbers or Coffee Shop!! It is truly an experience that you must try for yourself!
Unfortunately I don’t have any hair so I had to skip the Barbour aspect (I will be back in when the beard gains a little more length) but I did enjoy a beautifully smooth and rich coffee that was served by a gentleman who exudes passion for his craft from the get go!
I enjoy drinking coffee but am not yet a conisseur, so I asked for a a suggestion and he hit the nail on the head! I have been a shameful beginner photographer and snapped my coffee (Whilst receiving odd glares from passers by)
I have worked in retail and customer service roles myself for a very long time and I loved how the team ensured that every single person that walked in was welcomed in a natural and genuine way!
The atmosphere was very much like the pubs of old where you could venture in and either get involved in the conversation or sit back and soak it all in.
The decor just screams class without being pompous and definitely creates an environment where you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Seventh Seal will definently be somewhere I will come to work on the swim program as the atmosphere seems to be designed to promote creativity muddled with an air of calmness!
I would wholly suggest paying Seventh Seal a visit be it for a trim, a change of wardrobe or a delectable coffee!
5 out of 5 from us!!
